Katitax works as an outsourced bookkeeping partner for accounting and CPA firms in the United States and Europe. We handle the recurring production work — transaction coding, bank and credit card reconciliations, AP/AR, month-end close preparation and clean-up projects — in QuickBooks Online and Xero. You keep the client relationship, the review and the sign-off. We give your firm capacity without another local hire.
Compliance season does not scale with your headcount. Rather than turning away clients or burning out your staff, hand the repeatable production work to a partner who does it to your standard and hands it back ready for review.
Adding a local bookkeeper means recruiting, training, benefits and a fixed cost that stays through your slow months. We scale with your workload instead.
Vietnam runs 12 hours ahead of US Eastern time. Files you hand off at the end of your day come back reconciled before you open your laptop the next morning.
We do not sign returns, file with tax authorities, or contact your clients. Your firm remains the licensed provider of record on every engagement.
Our background is full-cycle accounting for manufacturing and trading companies — cost accounting, inventory, multi-entity reporting to overseas parents.
QuickBooks Online and Xero as standard, plus the document and workflow tools your firm already uses — Hubdoc, Dext, Karbon, Slack, or a shared drive. You do not change how you work to accommodate us.
Every file comes back with a reconciliation summary, a list of uncategorised or questionable transactions, and the specific questions we need answered. Your reviewer sees the exceptions, not a black box.
You deal directly with the accountant doing the work, in fluent English, over video or email. No account manager relaying messages to an offshore team you never meet.
No, and we do not present ourselves as such. Katitax is a Vietnam-based accounting practice. In this partnership we work as your back office: we prepare and reconcile, your firm reviews, signs and files. Your licensed professionals remain responsible for the engagement and for any filing.
We sign your NDA and, where you require it, a subcontractor or data-processing agreement before receiving any client data. We access client files through your systems using named logins you control and can revoke. We do not store client records locally beyond the active engagement.
Most firms begin with one client file as a paid pilot — usually a month-end close or a clean-up project — so you can judge the output quality against your own standards before committing anything further. From there, firms typically move to a fixed monthly fee per client file, or a dedicated part-time or full-time resource.
For US firms, our morning overlaps with your previous evening, and we can hold scheduled calls early or late to suit you. For European firms the overlap is wider — our afternoon is your morning. Either way, asynchronous handoffs are the default and calls are by arrangement.
That is exactly what the pilot is for. We correct rework at no charge, and if the fit is not right after the pilot, there is nothing to unwind — no contract, no notice period, no access left open.
Send a single month-end close or clean-up project as a paid pilot. Judge the output against your own review standard before you commit to anything more.
