Accounting fees depend mostly on how many documents you generate each month and on your industry — construction and manufacturing involve more complex bookkeeping than services or trading at the same invoice count. The tool below gives a quick reference figure that already includes the annual financial statements and the annual tax finalisation, with nothing added later.
How it is calculated: the accounting & tax fee depends on your industry and your monthly invoice/document band; companies with large annual revenue get a small size adjustment; payroll + social insurance is tiered by headcount; FDI enterprises have a separate schedule because of the extra compliance reports tied to the Investment Registration Certificate and the need to work in English and Chinese. The same schedule applies to every client.
What the fee includes and excludes
- Included in the accounting & tax fee: bookkeeping, VAT and PIT filings, quarterly provisional CIT payments, annual financial statements, annual CIT and PIT finalisation, and ongoing tax advice by phone, Zalo or email.
- Payroll + social insurance: includes routine monthly social insurance and a number of free joiner/leaver/book-closing files each month depending on headcount — added to the accounting & tax fee if you use it.
- Not included, quoted separately on request: cleaning up prior-period books, responding to or hosting a tax inspection, English management reporting for a parent company, document translation, changes to business registration or dissolution, VAT refunds, and new company incorporation.
This is an INDICATIVE fee based on your estimated invoice volume and industry — the final fee is confirmed after Katitax reviews your actual records and scope of work. If the real volume exceeds the estimate, the fee moves to the matching band, and we always tell you before it applies.
